The thing that I appreciate most about your site is that I can listen to the quizzes at different speeds. Of the French language that I use, this feature is unique. I begin each lesson by listening to the daily snippet at the highest speed. This helps to understand at the speed which French is normally spoken. If I do not hear all the words, I gradually slow the speed down to where I can comprehend what is being said.
The section where you explain the expressions used in the quiz has helped me to understand them when used in conversation. A lot of times I heard the words but did not comprehend the meaning.
When I began listening to your site, I always used the 30% option. Sometimes I still found it difficult sometimes to comprehend the words not provided. Now I can do all the quizzes at the 100% option.
I have been using your site for about a year now. Lately, I have been returning to the fastest snippets. I am happy to say that I am now able to understand quizzes that were beyond my abilities at the beginning.
The snippets are not overwhelming like some sites where the audio clips are long too long for the level I am at now. Being able to accomplish the daily quizzes on
Bitesize French is a confidence booster.
