I’ll tell you
Okay, continuing after yesterday’s quiz with another brief clip and quiz from Balades ep. 3.
I like how she uses “donc … en premier … puis”. In classes, we learned about making a series feel more natural. This feels even more natural, something that I can copy.
One thing that surprised me about this clip is “premier” and not “première”. I think the “en” matters here to make it masculine vs feminine. But I’m not an expert, only observing. Here’s more info.

Je vous emmène donc sur la Côte d’Azur, et là, en premier au pays des citrons et des oranges. Puis je vous parlerai d’un petit voyage en bus.
So I’ll take you to the French Riviera, and there, first to the land of lemons and oranges. Then I’ll tell you about a little bus trip.
