My favorite is
I love how French uses the comma. I’m surprised I haven’t brought this up before on site. “Moi, mon préféré”. This is referring to the speaker, but then the sentence uses the third person. This is the power of the French comma. It lets “c’est”, “il y a”, and “on” get used so much more, it seems. It lets the speaker use third person singular conjugations more often.
I’m no expert, but this is my understanding of the power of the comma. And I love seeing it used. Speakers might not be as aware of it, because it is so natural.
As a beginner, learning French, this has been something that has struck me again and again. The comma holds power.

Heureusement, c’est la saison des oranges, des clémentines et autres agrumes. Moi, mon préféré, c’est le pamplemousse. J’adore son goût amer.
Luckily, it’s the season for oranges, clementines and other citrus fruits. My favorite is the grapefruit. I love its bitter taste.
