    whisper in the ear

I did not know this expression and wanted to higlight it here. I get that it’s not an idiom, but still something that seems usable. I’m not sure how often I use it, though I suppose I’m trying to teach my kids how to whisper, maybe that’s why I was drawn to this expression. I know, fat chance, a toddler whispering? But I can still dream, right?

    The snippet in English

But their daughter whispers in their ears not to be afraid, that it is thanks to their love that she has become a real girl. So there is no need to tell the king and the prince the truth.
