Just when I think I’m getting a grip on negatives, I run into an expression like this. Pas plus non plus. I’m not sure I’ve come across it before, and wanted to highlight it here.
Not only that, there are some other expressions or idioms in this snippet that deepl has interesting translations for. For instance, “à priori comme ça” deepl says “at first sight”. Lingue translates à priori as “a priori”. Not sure that’s very helpful…
I love how this podcast, although fast, is pretty colloquial. It feels like I’m overhearing a conversation at the table next to me at a happy hour. It’s a bit slower than yesterday’s quiz.
