I can move
At one point recently I dove into “faire” constructions… all the uses of faire. And now looking back I definitely did not learn this one. I learned housework, sports, piano. Maybe I missed something?
In hearing this kids’ song I assumed it was “to move” but couldn’t be 100% until deepl confirmed it.
Why this song? Well it’s catchy and keeps coming up on the playlist for my daughter, so had to figure out the words.
As a learner of any language, I love learning some songs to sing. As I was walking out of a store in Toulouse earlier this summer, a mother was walking in humming the elephant song. It might not mean a lot as you’re prepping for DELF, but this song especially is great for me because of counting (simple), different verb constructions/conjugations, and pronunciation. It’s also catchy and fun. So enjoy.
