    Who doesn’t like crepes?

Seriously. It’s just a great treat. Now, as a kid I didn’t care for (American-style) pancakes. I know, bizarre. But crepes? Oh yes, please. And now, when traveling in France, what’s not to love? They are affordable and delicious. They make a great treat no matter the age. And they can be sweet or savory. Yum.

And, breakfast? A go to is crepes. They take a little practice, as mentioned in these snippets, but once you’ve got a rhythm, they come out better and better.

Get me started… and I just can’t stop and my mouth is watering. But enough about crepes. Let’s get back to learning.
