The adverb can slip in between the past tense, it seems. Or at least, that’s how she says it here, right? It’s “a fonctionné” with the adverb slapped right in between. I can’t remember the rules on where everything goes, but I know some things go between the avoir and the participle.
How did you find today’s clip compared to yesterday’s clip? This clip has a slower pace, but you’re jumping in mid-thought so it might take a listen or two.
